VR at sports events · Gauteng and beyond

Step up. Set your lap. Beat the clock.

Three VR arenas and a sit-in race rig, delivered to your sports day and run by our facilitator. The arenas are scored. The rig is pure time trials - one driver, one clock, and a board everyone wants to top.

Racing here is time trials only. Best lap wins - the clock settles it.

The lineup

Three arenas.
One race rig.

Fixed lineup, no picking required - every sports day gets the full four. Quick rounds keep the queue moving and the crowd loud.

Time Sink

Putt-putt on the edge of Table Mountain. The wind is real in your head - your putt is on you.

Teed Off

Golf without the lost balls. Full swings, real course pressure, and the gallery right behind you.

Flippin' Football

Football flipped into a party game - built to be watched, argued about, and queued for twice.

Speed Freak VR Racing

The rig everyone queues for

One seat. One wheel. One clock that does not care how you feel about it.

The Speed Freak rig is a sit-in configuration: a Synapse system driving a full race seat with wheel and pedals. Drivers go out one at a time for qualifying laps - it is time trials, so the only thing you are racing is the clock. Two rigs exist in the fleet, so bigger days can run a second one.

Lap times up on a screen, updated by your facilitator between runs. No apps, no logins, nothing for you to run. Quoted with your enquiry, never a surprise.

How it works

We bring it. We run it.
You take the credit.

A sports day has enough moving parts. Ours is not one of them - the same facilitator who sets up stays through the session.

We deliver and set up

Arenas and rig go up indoors, out of direct sunlight, on standard 220V wall power. Each headset needs about a 2.5m x 1.5m patch, and systems sit next to each other.

Our facilitator runs it

Headsets on, rounds rotated, rig marshalled - one facilitator runs the whole setup so your team can watch the board with everyone else.

Up to 6 in the headsets

Up to six players at a time across the arenas and rig, with the rest of the field watching, shouting tips and waiting their turn.

Why VR at your sports day

A main event that
fits one corner of the venue.

The arenas draw a crowd all day, and the rig turns lap times into the topic of the prize-giving.

The clock makes it a sport

Nobody has to be fast to have a go, but everyone gets a time - and times get compared. Loudly.

The weather is not in the draw

Sessions run indoors by design - out of the sun, away from the rain, right next to a wall socket. The programme holds either way.

Quick answers

The things organisers ask first

How many people can play at once?

Up to six players at a time across the arenas and rig. Rounds are short, so the queue moves and the crowd never thins out.

Is the racing a tournament?

It is time trials: drivers go out one at a time and the best lap holds the top spot. The clock is the opponent - nobody gets knocked out by another driver, and the board settles every argument at the prize-giving.

What does the venue need?

Indoor space out of direct sunlight, standard 220V wall power, and about 2.5m x 1.5m per headset - the systems set up next to each other. A hall or covered stand does it.

Can our sponsor's branding go on the units?

Yes - branded units are an optional extra, not standard. Print goes on the front and side panels, artwork comes from you (vector or 150dpi+ on our templates), and we need seven working days from payment and finalised artwork. Colour fidelity is best effort, and the panels stay with us for 30 days after the event.
